  • November 12, 2019 – Two New ILEARN Manuals Now Available!

    The 2019-2020 ILEARN Test Coordinator’s Manual (TCM) and the 2019-2020 ILEARN Biology ECA Test Administrator’s Manual (TAM) are now available for download from the ILEARN Assessment Portal. The ILEARN TCM provides an overview of ILEARN assessments and related protocols specific to the test coordinator role. CTCs must ensure any educators who will administer the ILEARN Biology ECA this school year receive a copy of the ILEARN Biology ECA TAM well in advance of the appropriate test window(s). The Biology TAM contains all of the information Test Administrators will need to administer the ILEARN Biology ECA. Please review both manuals and notify the Office of Student Assessment or AIR's Indiana Assessment Help Desk with any questions.

    Corporations and schools are encouraged to review the Updated ILEARN Timeline of Important Events for the information on key program milestones. Contact the Office of Student Assessment with any questions.

  • October 2, 2019 - ILEARN Family Brochures Available for 2019-2020 School Year

    Corporations and schools are welcome to use the ILEARN Family Brochures to communicate information about the ILEARN assesments to parents and families. IDOE updated both English and Spanish versions to align with the 2019-2020 school year. Contact the Office of Student Assessment with any questions.

  • September 12, 2019 - Upcoming TIDE Downtime and Resetting AIR System Account Passwords for 2019-2020 School Year

    The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) will be down for maintenance from Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 22. TIDE will be inaccessible during this period of time. During this downtime please note the following access limitations:

    All Indiana assessment user account passwords will be reset for the 2019-2020 school year.Once TIDE goes live on September 23, you reset your password for the 2019-2020 school year. Please follow these steps:

    1.  Select from the assessment programs, and then from the user cards on the Indiana Assessment Portal.
    2. From the user page, select any available systems card.
    3. On the system login page, click on the link to "Request a new one for this school year."
    4. Enter the email address that is associated with your user account and click submit.
    5. An email (from AIRAST-DoNotReply@airast.org) which contains a clickable link, will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
    6. Click on the link. You will be directed to a page where you can enter a new password. The link will expire 15 minutes after you receive it; if you do not create your new password in 15 minutes you will need to request a new link.
    7. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password.

  • July 1, 2019 - Request an Item Rescore Training Module

    The “Request an Item Rescore Training Module” is now available for schools. Building principals should review this brief training module ahead of the rescore request window (July 15-31). The training illustrates the mechanics of requesting rescores in TIDE. Contact the AIR Help Desk (airindianahelpdesk@air.org or 866-298-4256) with any questions.
