  • September 12, 2019 - Upcoming TIDE Downtime and Resetting AIR System Account Passwords for 2019-2020 School Year

    The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) will be down for maintenance from Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 22. TIDE will be inaccessible during this period of time. During this downtime please note the following access limitations:

    All Indiana assessment user account passwords will be reset for the 2019-2020 school year.Once TIDE goes live on September 23, you reset your password for the 2019-2020 school year. Please follow these steps:

    1.  Select from the assessment programs, and then from the user cards on the Indiana Assessment Portal.
    2. From the user page, select any available systems card.
    3. On the system login page, click on the link to "Request a new one for this school year."
    4. Enter the email address that is associated with your user account and click submit.
    5. An email (from AIRAST-DoNotReply@airast.org) which contains a clickable link, will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
    6. Click on the link. You will be directed to a page where you can enter a new password. The link will expire 15 minutes after you receive it; if you do not create your new password in 15 minutes you will need to request a new link.
    7. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password.

  • September 6, 2019 – Recorded Test Administration Overview Webinar Now Available 

    The recorded Test Administration Overview Webinar is now available in the CTC Resources and Educator Resources folders on the ILEARN, IREAD-3, ISTEP+ , and I AM portals. This webinar provides an overview of the entire test administration process, including AIR systems and technology tools, available resources, and training opportunities. It is intended for Corporation and School level staff.

  • September 5, 2019 – Test Administrator Interface Training Module Now Available 

    The recorded Test Administrator Interface Training Module is now available in the Educator Resources folder on the ILEARN, IREAD-3, and ISTEP+ portals. This training module provides a detailed overview of the Test Administrator interface of the AIR online Test Delivery System, and is intended for Test Administrators and Proctors.

  • August 20, 2019 – AIR's Secure Browser and the Online Test Delivery System (TDS)

    This is a reminder to uninstall the previous year's Secure Browser from desktop and laptop devices (Mac, Linux, and Windows), and then install the latest version before August 31. The latest version of the Secure Browser became available for download on July 24 in the Secure Browsers portal page. As of August 31, desktop and laptop devices using the previous year's Secure Browser will not be able to access online operational, practice, or RIR tests. Refer to the Technology Guides within the Technology Resources folder for step-by-step instructions on uninstalling and reinstalling the Secure Browser.

    The TDS will be offline on Friday, August 30, beginning at 7:00 pm ET, with access resuming the following Monday morning, September 2.

  • UPDATED August 15, 2019 – ILEARN 2018-2019 Student Score Availability

    Scores for the ILEARN 2018-2019 test administrations are now available.
